Iceland, Collection, dealer's stocks and collector's accumulations starting with dealer's stock book, starting with #11, mix of mint and used, all stamps identified and priced, many stamps in duplication, cancels are all good, total cat value in excess of $5,000, collectors accumulation on Vario pages with catalog value of about $1,300, small dealer's stock book with better items catalog value of about $3,000, another small stockbook about $2,000, many better stamps on 102 cards, along with lesser items loose or in sleeves about $3,000; about $14,000 total Estimate. owner's catalog value.

Iceland, Collection, substantial 1873-1991 used accumulation, many hundreds neatly on pages in chronological order with modest duplication to 10 or so each (a small number noted to go to 20 or more), a reasonable smattering of pre-war with value in $1-$50 items, post-war more extensively covered, virtually all fine-very fine, includes back-of-the-book; Scott cat about $27,000.

India, Collection, 1852-1900, mixed mint and used housed on Scott pages; with strong completion of issues for the period and some pleasant duplication, starting with a rare four margin Scinde Dawk ½a white used (usual flaws) and completion in regular issue QV issues, officials missing few of the scarcer issues, selection of revenues and stationery, strong Convention States with complete mint sets and better runs in Jhind, Nabha, etc., and Feudatory States with some nice sections and some needing to checked; condition is mixed, inspect.

Indochina, Collection, 1889-1939, mixed mint and used issues housed on Scott pages; with strong completion of issues for the period with some pleasant duplication, includes 1889 first issue surcharges with additional 89 omitted issues in used pair (Scott 1b), Navigation & Commerce issue complete mostly mint, following issues mostly complete to approaching completion, good back-of-the-book issues; owner's 2020 Scott catalog $3,195+, inspect.

Italian Area, Collection, 1852-1940, mint and used on Scott album pages with some pleasant duplication; includes strong Italian States with some scarce and rare items with forged items in place, yet with good Tuscany Lion issues, etc., Italy starting with a 1862 10c bister mint full o.g. (Scott 17, cat $8,000) and completion in later 19th century, 20th century with good mint sets, 1924 5l Manzoni mint good 1930's sets, 1921 BLP issues need checking with good later sets, useful to good airmails, early newspapers with completion, offices with general issues complete mostly used, with occasional better later including Crete and Turkish Empire, Aegean Islands including later 1929 Rodi set, Colonies with better areas including strong mint Eritrea, Fiume & San Marino, etc.; condition mixed mostly confined to early issues, please inspect.

Japan, Collection, 1871-1940, mixed mint and used housed on Scott pages; appears to be approaching completion for the period, includes a nice range of first issue Dragons and following Cherry Blossom issues needing to be checked for genuine, which appears complete from 1874-1920 including 10s Heir Apparent mint (some gum toning), back-of-the-book with good offices including 1914-16 China issues complete used and Korea issues complete; condition is mixed, inspect.

Japan and Manchukuo, Balance, mix of mostly mint issues with some good used, cover and a few cards; includes Japan with some good to better including nice unused Scott #1c, 1914 1y definitive mint (145), 1936 Anniversary set with additional high value (227-229), 1938 coil set (276-279), 1921 Anniversary set (163-166), 1946 Postal Service sheet (378a), 1947 1.20y Pagoda sheet (385a), 1935 Emperor Visit issue sheet set (218-221) and a selection of other mint blocks including good sets, later Mihon mini sheets, etc., cover a 1913 registered usage addressed to William J. Bryan at the State Department in Washington D.C., Manchukuo includes approaching completion mostly mint including first definitive complete mint and later commemorative sets, 10f watermark key value used (30), surcharges including 13f on 12f key value (108, one with cert), additional sheet/block stock, also some other related material dotted throughout; condition a little varied but condition above the norm overall, worth proper inspection.

Japan, Cover Accumulation, 1890-1950's, assemblage of about 300 better covers, representing a diverse array from early special commemorative issues on PPCs (should be checked for possible early first-day covers among these) to interesting usages including couple WWI P.O.W., a few interesting incoming from U.S., U.S. WWII patriotic with Japanese franking, 1887 postal station with Kobe and Yokohama thimble FM cds, India and Great Britain franking on 1947 occupied, Fieldpost three color 25-1/2 Tazawa registered franking to Costa Rica, 1935 U.S. consulate with three Tazawa on Navy Penalty envelope, early commemoratives including Scott #90, 109 (4), 110, 11-112 (5), 169 (2), 170, 190-3, 198-201 and more, including 148-51 used Tientsin, also Manchukuo 32-6; nice lot with many interesting items.
