Cover & Ephemera Balance, mix of many hundreds with an emphasis on Ohio postal history; covers including early stampless to WWII era, includes Civil War with patriotic & prisoner of war usages, cover endorsed "Burnside Expedition", some nice illustrated covers including Spanish American war with allover flag usage, Ohio Centennial cover including stamp collar, ephemera including post office documents, letters including patroitic design letterhead items, etc.; inspection should prove rewarding.

Cover & Post Card Accumulation, large filled with mostly useful covers and cards from a little early stampless to mostly 20th century, some better including early aeroplane including a couple real photo, nice selection of ad covers including multicolored ad including DuPont Smokeless gun-related (registered usages), some nice other turn of century registry usages, little ephemera and foreign, etc.; worth a look.
Estimate    $400 - 600.

Cover Balance, mix of several dozen covers; includes five different Wells, Fargo & Co. frank entire usages (each with cert.) with handstamps including Stockn. Messenger, Santa Rosa, Los Angeles, Sacramento Mess. and Pioche, Nev., interesting philatelic special delivery cover with unusual franking, multicolored Knox Gelatine illustrated ad cover, and a study of Schermack type III covers in mixed condition, also unused Hawaii UY2-UY4 cards unsevered and folded; worth review.

First Day Cover Accumulation, housed in three large boxes; couple thousand or so FDC's from the 1940-2000's including 1940 Famous American set in blocks, 1976 50 States issue with Medallion cachets and many other sets present, later mostly Art Craft and other commercial cachets, etc.

First Day Cover Accumulation, 1927-88, well over 500 covers from the 1927 2¢ Burgoyne issue through to the 1980's; most of the early items uncacheted including a run Prexies in block format up to the 12¢, late items with more commercial type cachets; condition a little varied, with earlier covers cataloged over $600 alone, inspect.

United States Cover Balance, of 22 covers; includes early "Steam" straight line handstamp from St. Louis, Baltimore & New Orleans, fancy star cancels from Bowdoin Centre, Me. & Union Springs, N.Y., C.S.A. usage, illustrated items including 7 nice Pan Am covers (4 different multicolored), etc.; with condition above the norm, worth review.

United States Cover Balance, mix of cover from classic to modern; includes selection Schermack type III perf issues on cover including three scarce control perfin usages, 2¢ Harding imperf bisect in Nickels FDC, early 1850's Rail Road cds usages including "Chemung R.R., N.Y." x2, interesting Elmira, N.Y. prison guard letter on large illustrated Lincoln and Cabinet portrait patriotic design (some interesting content), collection of early stampless ladies' covers with some nice town and rate strikes, handful of modern coin/gold replica FDC's, etc.; worth review.
