South Africa, World War II covers, small sketch book full of interesting World War II covers with a wide variety of frankings and censor markings, usage are mainly South Africa, however some are Great Britain stamps used in South Africa, or in combination with South African stamps, additionally K.U.T. with A.P.O. cancels on preprinted "On Active Service" covers, a couple of "Active Service" aerogrammes, and more, worth careful inspection.

Spain, Collection, 1850-1963, 1,200-1,400 stamps mounted on album pages in binder; from 1900 on mostly unused and fresh with little or no repetition, in some cases both the used and unused stamps are included, classics in good condition with occasional high values with bar reminder cancel or punch hole (not counted in the catalog total), Edifil catalog value €16,200.

Cuba, (Spanish) Collection, 1798-1898, extensive collection of mint, used and covers, early issues are in mounts on Schaubek blank pages and later issues are hinged on Spanish album pages, with detailed notes in Spanish throughout, there is an extensive coverage of the first issue, including cancel and shade varieties, strips and blocks, issues from about 1875 are fairly complete, plus Officials, there are a few stamps of Spain used in Cuba, also some Revolutionary Government issues, in addition to the stamps, there are 20 covers with stamps plus 18 stampless folded letters, generally fine to very fine; stamps alone catalog over $6000 and considerable value in the covers, rarely seen area, occasional minor toning or other small fault, generally F.-V.F.

Cuba, (Spanish) Collection, 1855-1890's, very fine collection in 2 specialized fancy Edifil binders; collection was formed with the balance of the great Edward Goldsmith collection of classic Cuba sold in 2000, all items are carefully mounted, it contains 26 Stampless covers (Puerto Principe, San Juan de los Remedios, Matanzas, Fernardina de Jagua, St Spiritu, Esperanza, Isla de Barlovento, Habana and several transatlantic covers. It has 750+ early stamps in excellent condition some with rare cancels, and 60+ covers selected for condition and beauty. There are 12 stamps that look like early proofs, there are many large blocks of the earlier stamps; inspection highly recommended.
