French Colonies and Offices, Collection, 1850's-1950's (a few countries to 2000) Substantial and comprehensive collection of primarily mint and some used in Four Scott Specialty albums and a volume of FSAT complete to 1988 mint NH. All offered intact but for offices in China and Indochina (a separate lot), a few Fournier forgeries removed from the 19 th Century pages, and a few countries that were not present to begin with (no Algeria, Congo, Lebanon, Niger, Polynesia, or St Pierre). There is a very high level of completion here, with 1900 to 1950 pretty solidly clean and mint with sets to $500 plus range including much good France Libre overprints missing only the rarest, with a bit more used in the 19 th Century (some duplication here including many both mint and used and many near complete for 19 th also). As can be seen from the list of countries + cat values, many difficult areas are well represented. Quality is above the norm, but there is some mixed condition in the earlier.
