Danzig, Superior Mint Collection with Key Stamps, 1920-1939, collection on pages, virtually complete with overprints on German stamps, key stamps "Grosser Innendienst" (Mi. 47-49, Scott 44, 46, 47 h.r., with Soecknick certificates), some duplication, with shades and minor varieties, Souvenir Sheets, Postage Dues and Officials. Also included are various overprints German WWI Occupations of France, Lithuania, Romania and WWII Occupations of Poland, Fine - Very Fine, ex Global Collection.

Great Britain, Advanced High End Mint Collection, 1858-1966, collection in four volumes, unused singles and sets arranged in SG catalogue order on black Hagner stock sheets, many shades, varieties, different Dies and perforations, Queen Victoria perforated 1p reds, including SG 29, 32, 33, 38-41, later issues with SG 79, 80, 82, 87, plus many others. KEVII De La Rue and Somerset Printings, many better shades, George V Seahorses to 10sh, PUC £1 black, 1934 2sh6p-10sh, other George V and George V definitives, back of the book with Postage Dues, Officials, few booklet panes, last volume with QEII definitives, various printings, Commemoratives, Graphites and Phosphor sets, condition mixed among 19th Century, others fine or better. We note on each page old Stanley Gibbons prices are noted, and today's listings are often quite a bit higher with a number of stamps valued at over 1000 pounds each. Greece, An Outstanding Advanced Collection Mainly Mint, 1861-1995, collection on black Hagner stock sheets and on Scott Speciality album pages, 6 volumes, excellent representation of 100+ Large Hermes Heads, mostly unused with select used copies in the 19th century issues. Small Hermes Heads imperf. and perf., with occasional shades and varieties, issues mostly complete from 1896, including First and Second Olympics, surcharges, many better items with complete Air Post, Postage Dues, extensive showing of back of the book, Postal Tax stamps, Occupation and Annexation stamps (N1-N238), Samos, Cavalla, Corfu, including Italian Occupation, North Epirus (N202-N238), Dedeagatch (N179-N201). We also note that there is a reasonable amount of never hinged throughout so viewing is helpful to fully appreciate the value. Some duplication of better items. Greek Territories, A Rarely Offered Comprehensive Collection, 19th -20th
Centuries,
collection of hundreds in three volumes, mostly unused singles and sets, Crete, including Austrian, Italian, Russian. After French Issues, Epirus including local Chimarra Issues, Argyokastro Issues, Koritsa, Occupation Issues, Ionian Islands under Italian Occupation all of the rare pairs with a Scott value alone of over $12,000. The Collector identified issues by Scott number and value however the prices are outdated, and Scott is often substantially higher today. Also various locals, National Resistance Issues, Russian Levant with various overprints for Greek Islands, Turkey, with overprints of Sultan's visit in Salonika, Monastir, Pristine, Uskub, also Thrace, some duplication. Fine-Very Fine, A very interesting Lot.

Italy & Colonies, A High-End Comprehensive Mainly Mint Collection, 1879-1960., several thousand mainly mint singles and sets including many stamp issuing entities for the period related to Italy and containing items from hundreds of dollars each to over $1,000. in Scott all housed in five Scott albums with hingeless pages and each page has Scott description and older catalogue value for easy reference. A massive collection that could be broken down into multiple Country, Colony and Zone units with several hundred key sets & singles throughout. Italy has Kingdom and Republic issues as well as back of the book, Air Post, Parcel Post and Trieste Zone A with many better items in duplicate as is also prevalent in other areas. Extensive and valuable Aegean Islands are present along with an advanced collection of Fiume, also noteworthy are Eritrea, Somalia, Cyrenaica, and Italian East Africa. If possible view this collection to fully appreciate its size, depth and scope as it certainly ranks in the top tier of Italian related collections that we have offered. The quality is also exceptional with a fair amount of n.h. present. There is also some better used. Generally, it is Fine to Very Fine o.g. or n.h. with only a few faults primarily in the earlier issues. The Scott and or Sassone total value will be quite large., ex Global Collection.

Italian Occupation of the Aegean Islands, A Spectacular Almost Complete Mint Collection, 1912-1944, a comprehensive mint collection missing only a few issues to be complete includes key sets of all Islands on Hagner black sheets with Scott numbers on each page, exceptional Rhodes with sets up to and over $1,000. Each. This is a collection not to be missed and a pleasure to view, it includes the various Islands first sets and better issues of the 1930's. We note Air Post, Semi-Postal and Parcel Post where issued. Condition is well above the norm and Fine to Very Fine with few faults, either o.g. or some n.h., High Scott value and even higher in Sassone., ex Global Collection.

Liberia, Outstanding Mint Collection with Key Singles & Sets, 1860-1954, many hundreds of mint singles, sets, varieties and specimens on Scott hingeless pages in two Scott binders. A section of errors including inverted centers starts the first album followed by a selection of first issues with duplicates and including Scott 1-3 both perf and imperf. This collection contains a plethora of scarce sets and varieties with some duplication of better items, a few "specimen" overprinted sets are noted. Airmails are robust with Scott C1-C3 plus later better values, Officials, Semi-Postal and a few souvenir sheets are here. Well worth viewing and perfect for online sales. Condition is mainly Fine to Very Fine with a few faults possible on early issues, primarily L.H. or n.h., High resale value., ex Global Collection.

Orange Free State, Basis for a Medal Winning Collection, 1868-1903, an extremely interesting holding of stamps mint & used, part sheets, blocks and full sheets loaded with varieties, V.R.I. overprints, different surcharges, and Postal History. Several thousand stamps with single stamps mounted on well described pages with interesting cancels, types and varieties. The Postal history consists of 110 postal stationery cards and reply cards with better destinations and postmarks most are already described. Much is mint including stamps and some Postal History.
