Hawaii, 1857, King Kamehameha III, 5¢ manuscript surcharge on 13¢ dark red, Type I (Clark) numeral, position 12, large margin at top with frameline of adjoining stamp, ample at sides, just in at bottom, vivid color, neat strike of San Francisco cds cancel, tiny corner tear at bottom left not mentioned on accompanying certificate, F.-V.F.; with 1957 P.F. certificate issued to Raymond Weill.
