1861, 24¢ dark violet, First Design, o.g., fairly light hinging, rich deep dark violet shade enhancing a crisp detailed impression, well centered for this difficult issue, Very Fine, this being among the finest sound mint original gum stamps with only a small handful exist as such; with 1975 and 2001 P.F. certificates.
